There is aplace,smsspoofing.co.cc, that offers SMS spoofing in the USA, but they have a "No Refund" policy that is just outrageous. Many times, if you purchase credits, they will not register on your account. There have also been cases of multiple duplicate charges through PayPal. When disputing charges through PayPal,smspre-meditated response is "Virtual Service" for which PayPal offers no recourse. sms spoofing is an online scam defrauding simple people for small amounts of money which add up to big profits for their company. Consider this a warning not to be their next victim!!
